Bolero
Reimagining music collaboration through decentralisation. We shaped Bolero’s brand, identity, and product to bridge music culture with Web3.

Challenge
Bringing clarity to music ownership and collaboration.
For artists, releasing music should be empowering, but traditional rights management is often slow and ambiguous. Meanwhile, Web3 platforms promise transparency but can feel overly technical or alienating. Bolero set out to create a platform where artists, managers and collaborators could take control of rights and royalties without sacrificing creativity or clarity. The challenge was to design a brand that felt culturally relevant while introducing a new ownership model, supported by a system flexible enough to grow with it.

Solution
A brand and platform designed for artist empowerment.
We positioned Bolero as a creator-first tool for transparent ownership and fair collaboration. The brand strategy centred on removing friction and unlocking fairness: helping artists move faster, own more and connect with fans on their own terms. Visually, we developed a dynamic identity system that balances clarity with personality. A confident logotype, expressive typography and modular layouts flex across interface and marketing. The tone of voice is direct, energetic and rooted in the creative process, ensuring accessibility for artists and managers alike.

Results
A bridge between music culture and Web3 innovation.
Bolero launched with a clear, confident brand and product experience that resonates with artists and industry partners. Its simplified UX supports intuitive onboarding, clean split management and transparent royalty tracking. By focusing on ownership, control and creative freedom, Bolero stands out in a crowded space and is recognised as a bridge between emerging technologies and everyday music practice. Together, we helped Bolero strike a new chord in the industry: one that puts artists first and collaboration at its core.
