Chloé, a globally recognised fashion house, sought to go beyond surface-level sustainability by embedding a purpose-led initiative across its operations. The ambition was to create tangible, positive impact for people and planet while placing women at the centre of change. The challenge lay in activating this vision at scale, ensuring it could influence every touchpoint of the business, from supply chain and workforce to communications and community engagement.

Solution

Building a framework for systemic transformation.

We developed Chloé Futures, a purpose-driven sustainability initiative rooted in the empowerment of women. From strategic articulation to creative execution, we shaped a scalable framework that turned ambition into action. By designing clear principles, storytelling tools, and adaptable formats, we equipped Chloé’s global teams to embed Futures across touchpoints – from internal workshops and supplier collaborations to external communications and stakeholder dialogues.
